Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Metrix (the "Service"), operated by KevInventions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Metrix is a business KPI dashboard. You connect your own third-party accounts (such as Stripe, Meta, GoHighLevel and Google) and the Service reads data from them, using credentials you supply, to display metrics for your workspace. You may also enter data manually (team logs, goals, payroll and similar records).

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
• Workspace owners and admins control who can join their workspace and what role they hold. Data you put into a workspace is visible to that workspace's members according to their role.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party account you connect.

3. Your credentials and data

• API keys and tokens you save are encrypted at rest and are used only to fetch your data for your workspace. We never use them for any other purpose.
• You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over anything you connect or enter.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect (Stripe, Meta, GoHighLevel, Google and others).

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other workspaces' data, reverse engineering, reselling without authorization, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Availability and support

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and third-party data sources may change or throttle their APIs outside our control.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service displays metrics for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings, which permanently removes its data from the Service. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
