Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Metrix (operated by KevInventions LLC) collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a salted password hash.
• Integration credentials: API keys and tokens you choose to save (Stripe, Meta, GoHighLevel, Google service accounts). These are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted to fetch your data.
• Business metrics: data returned by the services you connect (for example revenue figures, ad performance, appointment counts, customer emails on unpaid invoices) and data you enter manually (team members, daily logs, goals, payroll entries).
• Basic technical logs: server logs used for reliability and abuse prevention (for example failed-login counters). We do not run third-party ad trackers.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service for your workspace: displaying your dashboards, syncing your data, sending transactional email (password resets, invites), and processing subscription payments through Stripe. We do not sell your data or use one customer's data for another customer.

3. Who can see your data

• Members of your workspace, according to their role. Payroll and collections data are restricted to workspace owners and admins.
• Our infrastructure providers: Railway (hosting), Stripe (subscription billing), and Resend (transactional email), each processing only what is needed for their function.
• No other third parties, except where required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your workspace exists. A workspace owner can delete the workspace at any time from Settings, which permanently removes its accounts, credentials, metrics caches and manually entered data from the Service. Rolling backups age out automatically within 7 days.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt; sessions are signed and revocable; integration credentials are encrypted at rest; access to financial data is role-restricted; login attempts are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong unique password.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or CCPA), you may exercise those rights by emailing us.
